Couple Charged In Credit Card Scam | News
OLD LYCOMING TOWNSHIP — Two people wanted in Lycoming County for using counterfeit credit cards were picked up Tuesday in Ohio on drug charges.
Oshane Thompson, 22, and Katisha Armour, 22, are accused of using American Express credit cards with stolen numbers at various businesses in the Williamsport area from August through October.
The two face several charges including theft, forgery, and receiving stolen property.
Both are locked up in the Lycoming County prison on $250,000 bail.
