Man Flown to Hospital After Plane Crash | News

BROWN TOWNSHIP — A small plane crashed in Lycoming County.

The plane went down around 2 p.m. Sunday in part of Tiadaghton State Forest off of Route 44. That’s near the Potter County line.

We’re told one man was in the single engine plane.

He was flown to the hospital.

There is no word yet on his name, where he was from or where he was headed.

Authorities said it took crews about an hour to get the man out of the wreckage.

So far there is no cause for the plane crash in Lycoming County.
