Lycoming County Rape Arrest | News
A man is locked up, charged with raping a woman in Lycoming County.
Sherman Keller, 29, from Williamsport was arrested Tuesday.
According to court papers, Keller met the 19-year-old woman Saturday after contacting her on Facebook.
The woman told police she fell asleep and woke up to find Keller undressing her.
She said she tried to get away but couldn't.
Keller is now locked up on $100,000 bail.
